During this meditation and discussion session we will:

● Discuss stress and how the body reacts to stress.
● Understand what it means to be emotionally triggered, and be given a simplified explanation of what happens in the brain
● Learn the value of stopping, being aware, and setting an intention before proceeding
● Learn a practice for managing triggers (STOP)
● Learn an Acceptance Practice to resolve difficult emotions
