During this session we will meditate and:
● Feel how an orientation of kindness brings about well-being for yourself and greater ease in connecting with others
● Understand the foundations of well-being and the brain’s negativity bias
● Learn how a mindfulness practice supports well-being and increases self-confidence
● Experience the power of Mindful Listening
Since we want our classes to be accessible to everyone, we have not set a price. Our classes are offered by the honor system. We recommend you attend the class first and then pay what you feel comfortable with.
